Evoeon is a digital twin — an AI that remembers what you tell it so it can be useful across sessions instead of starting over each time. That only works if you trust what happens to what you tell it, so here it is in plain terms.

What we store

• What you say to your twin, and what it says back — the record it needs to remember you.
• Basic account information: your email and login credentials.
• Usage data needed to run the product: token usage against your subscription, timestamps, error logs.

We don't store more than that. We're not building a profile of you for anyone but you.

It's isolated per account

Your record is kept apart from every other account's, at the database level — not filtered by a setting that could be misconfigured, but structurally separated so one account reaching another's data is not a possible outcome of the design.

We don't sell your data

Nothing you tell your twin is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. It isn't used to train models for anyone other than serving your own twin back to you. We preserve what you deposit — that's the whole arrangement.

Deletion

You can delete your record, in part or entirely, from your account. Deletion means removed from active storage; it is not undone. If you close your account, your record is deleted.

The legacy option

Evoeon has an optional setting, off by default, to designate someone who can access your twin if you die. If you never turn it on, it has no effect on your account. If you do, only the person you name gets access — nobody else, including us, gains anything by that setting existing.

Honesty about limits

Your twin only knows what you've told it. It's built to say "you never told me that" rather than invent an answer. The same honesty applies to this page: if something here changes, we'll say so, in the open, not in a rewritten policy nobody reads.
